Something About Me
Since young, I have always wondered about the purpose of living.
After graduating from NTU in 1990, I continued my quest through Buddhism. I spent many years studying Buddhist philosophy from renown Chinese and Tibetan Buddhism masters. I also learned meditation and attended many retreats.
In 1994, I attended a public talk by Dr. Chiu-Nan Lai, the founder of Lapis Lazuli Light. I was deeply moved by her passion in giving hope to patients with cancer. In 1996, I left my engineering profession and became the director of Lapis Lazuli Light Singapore. I found my purpose in educating and promoting holistic health to the public.
I met Hwee-Meng Tan, the founder of School of Inner Work in 2001. Her teachings and her presence inspired me to do inner work. Being in this work for 20 years has shown me the beauty of the human soul and the mystery of life. It helped me to grow and mature into a real human being too. Inner work has given me a deep purpose for living.
My passion for inner work led me to train as a SIW facilitator. I wanted to dedicate my life to support people to do inner work.
My deep wish is for everyone to discover a life path that is unique to them, where they can experience the richness and fullness of living.
