Something About Me
My professional work, spiritual leanings and inner work endeavors are aligned—towards understanding and liberating the human mind. My full-time job is that of an educator and researcher. I have formal training in cognitive psychology, and my research interests are in the areas of human decision making and judgement biases. I am trained in and practice meditation as part of my spiritual practice. The inner work sessions I have gone through and that I provide are about greater understanding and liberation of the self. My aspiration is to guide others to see beyond the limits of who they think they are. One of the ways I do so is via these inner work sessions that I offer as a service in my free time.
