Inner Work On Your Body Workshop

Many Singaporeans lead a very stressful and hectic lifestyles.
If this is you, take a moment to just pause:
Take a deep breath and exhale loudly.
Allow the tension to leave your body.
Let your scalp and your forehead and your face relax.
Your head need not be tense in order for you to read.
Let your tongue and your throat and your shoulders relax.
You can read with relaxed arms and hands. Do that now.
Let your back and your abdomen and your pelvis relax.
Let your breathing be at peace as you relax your legs and feet.
Feel a noticeable change in your body. Notice how much you hold on.
Consciously invite your body to let go.
Managing stress is one of the topics covered in this workshop. Do not underestimate stress as a silent saboteur. Stress can eat away our immunity, undermine our happiness, and hurt our relationships.
More importantly, we will:
• Heal our relationship to our body
• Celebrate the body as the creation of Mother Earth and a vehicle of Spirit.
• Learn the importance and how-to of honoring the body’s innate intelligence.
This is a great workshop if you are totally disconnected from your body, if you have strong hatred toward the body or if you are suffering from any physical stress.

About your Facilitator
Hwee-Meng has a passion for healing and transformation of human consciousness.
Her work reflects the principle that the “healer lies within.” She blends traditional and innovative ways of healing, gathered from an extensive background in altered states work, energy healing, and various psychotherapeutic disciplines. She is committed to providing participants with a safe and supportive environment for self-exploration and self-awareness.
